This has been the biggest lifestyle change for me, it has totally changed my way of looking at food. I have gone from eating two to three takeaways a week and no exercise! Now I make sure I exercise every day and I eat 3 healthy meals each day. I never knew there were such a big variety of healthy food and I know really enjoy eating healthy meals! I used to be really depressed looking in the mirror now I can’t wait to see how my hard work pays off from one week to the next! I feel like I have a lot more energy and never been so proud and happy in my own skin I can’t thank you enough Rumer! Your guidance and support has helped me completely changed my life. My final results saw me 11 pound down and 21 inches slimmer
