Banana Coconut Ice Cream



  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 270ml Coconut Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract or 2 Vanilla Bean
  • 1 T honey (optional)


  1. Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a masher until there are no big chunks
  2. Add the vanilla extract (or scrape the insides of the vanilla bean)
  3. Stir in coconut cream
  4. If you would like the ice cream smooth, put it in the blender
  5. Pour in a bowl, cover it, and place it in the freezer
