After losing over 8 stone on my own, i found myself needing a big final push as i had exhausted all other nutritional and training ideas. So i signed up for Rumer’s #28AYCHALLENGE. 28 days on and I have another 1 Stone 6 pound and more importantly gained quality lean muscle tissue whilst losing 9.5 inches in total from those areas measured. I have learnt new recipe ideas that i will keep for life and can honestly say this has given me the fire to continue it throughout the winter which is where i usually slip back into old habits.
